I rteceived my shipment but had some small pieces inside of the headlight so I contacted customer service and was sent a lable to return the headlight at no cost to me . A new headlight was sent to replace the apparent damaged one. I will recommend this company to others. Thanks for the great service.

It was great. The order was shipped promptly and I received it when they said I would, even though it was through the Christmas week. The only issue I has was a Headlight bulb that was burned out on bright. They said it wasn't warranted because of the sensitive nature of the product, but they are trying to help me anyway. I also talked to one customer representative and she was very nice and helpful. Thanks and have a Blessed day.

Great, price and the headlight was just like the one on my car. The junk that you buy in the store to clean your headlights do not work very good. Better off buying new headlights. Great price, great price, and just like the one that came with the car. I can only give them a 5 star, but this was the best experience I have had buying on line. Trust me, buy from Ketech, LLC, I do not work for them just brought there headlights. Great buy, great buy, great buy.

Everything came in excellent condition and fit the car very well. The turn signal however had the notch on it's socket on the wrong side and i had to remove it so it would fit the existing plug. Other than this small manufacturing issue everything else was great. The price savings more than made up for the manufacturers defect.

The items shipped and arrived promptly. However, the drivers side headlight had a broken adjustment screw cap. We ended up using the cap from the old headlight as a replacement. Still, we're happy with the performance of the headlights themselves.

Save it be for the honda head lights not having bulbs as advertised, both them and the ford f-150 were great and fit as well as the factory units, aimed true and fit pretty as can be. Great products and fast delivery.

Great. I ordered on a Friday before a holiday weekend. I needed the new headlights by the next Friday. I emailed their support people and they said they would try to get them out on Tuesday which they did. The headlights arrived in time on Friday to have them installed before my road trip on Saturday. I have already recommended this store to 5 people,3 auto mechanics and 2 service stations. I have been an auto tech since 1971. The prices today on many parts like headlight and tail light assemblies are simply outrageous. This store is so much cheaper than anybody in this area, SE MASS or online. The assemblies are DOT & CAP certified. I had a bad bulb in the headlight, emailed the problem to them and they promptly sent me a replacement. The price was right. The delivery was on time. Some of the wiring for the headlight did not match the existing attached wiring on the car, but my mechanic was able to make some adjustments and it is now working fine. I doubt that I could have figured how to do the re-wiring on my own.

The item was shipped in one day and arrived on time. The headlight was advertised as having the bulbs, of the three bulbs in the headlight assembly only two were installed. The third one was missing, however, it was not of the same style of mounting. It was the kind were the bulb mount comes out and the bulb its inserts into it. I dinged one star for not having the advertising written correct to reflect the lack of the third bulb or that it was missing.
Otherwise I was very happy with the shipping experience and the quality of the product.

It has been 3 weeks and I have not received my order. Google Checkout submitted the wrong address to the seller and when I realized the wrong address, the seller refused to change the shipping address despite their ability to do so. I ordered this part from Autolightsbulbs, and it arrived in excellent condition on exactly the day promised. I am somewhat mechanically inclined, and it only took me about 20 min. to install it. The part is identical to OEM and included all necessary wiring and bulbs -- it was ready to go right out of the box. The dealer would have charged me more than double the price for the part plus $75 labor to install it. Now I know how to remove the light so I can change the bulbs myself if they go out in the future, and I was able to save the bulbs from the previous light, which had been damaged in a minor...

"This company is pretty far away. I ordered a taillight assembly for a 2002 Nissan Xterra.
By far this is the best interaction I had in a long time. All I was given in my 50 mile radius was excuses and prices that were tremendously high.
I was in a bind, pulled over and given a few days to fix it. I gambled with Ketech and came out a winner.
First, you can not beat the price. Compare these prices to any local store or warehouse your stomach will turn.
Second, the product was exactly what I wanted. Third, it shipped fast (even though bad weather).
I figured I would get a shell and a note telling me to go buy three bulbs. What I got was the assembly complete with bulbs and rubber gromet to seal.
You will not find a better company to deal with. I am just so impressed, I will recommend this company over the local dealers and retailers any day.
I know I sound to happy over a taillight and your right.
ut like I said, I had a few days to get the right product hassle free and something told me to go through Ketech.
You will find many retailers promising the world.

"My experience with this company was good. I purchased a set of aftermarket foglights and they work very well.
The shape of the foglights isn't factory, but close enough so that they look much better than had I just put on a random set.
The guy who installed them said the built quality appeared to be very good, possibly as good as factory.
I've only had them on my car, but the foglights greatly improved my visibility in a light rain.
Even in normal night time driving conditions, visibility has improved. Item was very reasonably priced and shipped quick.
I'd have to have had the lights on my car for a more extended period to say for sure whether I'd buy from them again or recommend to others."
