Shipping Policy
Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours after they are placed on this web site during business days.
Please notice Saturdays, Sundays, and National holidays do not count as business days.
Autolightsbulbs.com currently offers free UPS/FedEx Ground shipping for every order with shipping adresses in the 48 contiguous States in the USA.
Shipping Quotes for orders shippping to the outside of the 48 contiguous States may be inaccurate, and need to be manually processed.
If your shipping address is not in the 48 contiguous states we will not
advise you of any additional shipping charges and will
not ask for your approval as you are responsible for
reading and understanding our shipping policies.
Please verify your shipping address before
you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible
delivery.
Autolightsbulbs.com is not responsible for failure of deliveries once orders ship via UPS/FedEx or USPS.
Packages returned by shipping carriers because you fail to receive the delivery will carry a 12% Restocking Fee plus the shipping cost.
Autolightsbulbs.com is not responsible for shipping damages or losses once orders ship via UPS/FedEx or USPS.
Free shipping is not applicable to returned orders
Return Policy
The majority of products from autolightsbulbs.com are returnable. To initiate a return, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) within 30 days of receipt of the product.
No return is accepted after 30 days of receipt of the product(s)
All items must have an RMA# and be received in a new, unused and ready-to-sell condition (including all original packaging, parts, and documentations) to receive a refund, excluding any shipping costs.
Autolightsbulbs.com does not accept returns on used items.
Certain items carry a 12% Restocking Fee.
Autolightsbulbs.com will not reimburse labor charges or installation fees under any circumstances.
Return procedure
All return items require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).
To get an RMA#, log in to Contact US. Please specify a return reasons in your email.
Please put your order id in the email subject for quick reference.
We'll contact you through phone or email you within 48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with an RMA#.
Autolightsbulbs.com is not responsible for items returned without proper return information (customer's name, address and RMA#) on or in the box.
Restocking Fees
A 12% restocking fee also applies to the following:
a.
Orders returned because you change mind.
b.
Orders placed for the incorrect make model year of your vehicle
Because manufacturers are constantly changing vehicle designs, we do not guarantee an older part will fit a newer vehicle and vice versa.
Ordering a product not specifically designed for your vehicle (for example, a 2006 model car cover ordered for a 2007 vehicle)
is done at your own risk and will incur a restocking fee if returned.
Credits
All returned item(s) will be inspected upon receipt and must meet the following criteria for a credit:
- The item(s) must be returned in a new condition
All items returned for a refund or exchange must be in a new and ready-to-sell condition.
This includes all installation hardware, instructions, packaging and paperwork.
The original credit card used to place the order will be credited for the purchase price of the item and any applicable sales tax, excluding all shipping costs.
We'll send an email confirming receipt of your return and your credit.
Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for your bank to process the credit to your account.
Exchanges/Replacements
Items to be replaced must meet the same conditions as items returned to Autolightsbulbs.com for a refund.
Non-defective items returned for exchange must be in a new and ready-to-sell condition with all original packaging, paperwork and parts included.
Defective items must also be returned with the same items included in the original order.
If you request a replacement, we will ship your new item after we receive and process your return.
Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return once it has been received. A restocking fee may apply to certain products.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping & handling costs
Cancel Orders
You may wish to cancel an order. Because we do our best to ship orders as fast as possible, we may ship an order as soon as within 2 hours of the order placement.
We do not accept cancellation of orders that have been shipped.
All cancelled orders are subject to an 12% order cancellation fee,
if cancelled after 4 hours of order placement.
Orders may not be cancelled after 6 hours of placement or after shipment.
